Hugh's cheese ball


In the early 90s I was given this recipe by a work colleague and it always went down a treat, with the bonus it took less than five minutes to make.  We were having a retro morning tea recently, so decided to roll it out, and pleased to say it still works a treat.















250 g of grated colby or tasty cheese depending on your flavour preference
250 g of cream cheese
3 tablespoons of aioli
2-3 garlic cloves crushed
Black pepper to taste

Beat all the ingredients together and roll into a ball.

Roll ball in either toasted sesame seeds or chopped, toasted peanuts.
